While in downtown Loveland yesterday afternoon, I decided to paint one of my fave local restaurants, The Black Steer. It was a bit challenging, given the hazy light and architectural details -- and the Toyota Prius in the foreground drove off while I was painting it. Lesson learned: if you paint a scene with a car, do the car first!
